Where does Bicycle Film Festival ship?

We ship worldwide. All orders are processed and ready to ship within 1-3 business days*. 

Continental US orders ship with USPS. Free shipping domestic for orders over $150. 

International shipping is available. The best shipping option will be auto-selected at checkout.

 

How can I track my order status?

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is shipped.

 

Are Duties and Taxes included?

Customs duties and import taxes are included in the total at checkout, which means you don't have to pay any additional fee to receive the items. The taxes are calculated by the customs agency of the destination country, and are beyond our control. 

 

Can I cancel my order?

We can cancel your order as long as it hasn’t already shipped. If you would like to make a change, please email us as soon as possible at info@bicyclefilmfestival.com and include your order number in the subject line.

 

Can I exchange my order?

Exchanges can be made within 30 days of placing your order. Please understand that our items are limited and we might not have your desired size. We cannot exchange one item for a different item. Email info@bicyclefilmfestival.com and include your order number and the size you would like.

 

Can I return my order?

We do not accept returns. If you have an issue, please email us at info@bicyclefilmfestival.com within 30 days of placing your order and we will try our best to find a solution. Please include your order number in the subject line.

 

What you should do when the tracking information says delivered but you haven’t received your package?

Sometimes carriers mistakenly mark an item delivered or they deliver it to your neighbor by mistake.  Check your neighbors then give it a day or two, the carrier usually corrects the issue shortly after.  Contact your local post office or mail carrier with the tracking number provided. Most likely the package was undeliverable and is at the Post Office.  For International orders please provide the tracking number to your respective carriers.  You can visit your respective carriers website with the tracking number we provided to get more information on your package. USPS, Canada Post, Royal Mail,  Australia Post. You can always email us at info@bicyclefilmfestival.com
